ALPINA WATCHES x WOOD'n SHAPE ¦ THE PROJECT MANIFESTO

On World Oceans Day, as part of the launch of the new Seastrong Diver Gyre Automatic models and our renovated collaboration with the Surfrider Foundation, we decided to team-up with Wood’nShape, a Swiss company specialized in crafting ecological surfboards, and to create a series of 3 surfboards covered with a fresco depicting plastic waste and symbolizing our common will to make a difference. Called "Ugly Beauty", this series represents the map of the world by highlighting the accumulation of plastic pollution in the oceans.
